As fitness experts we have seen too many people with damaged and failed bodies from the ideology that we need to feel "pain" to get results. This is absolutely untrue and we have proof to back it up. We understand the difference between effort, consistency and intensity. And we formulate specific plans and programs that are based on the unique goals and body types that our client's have. That's a big part of why we are very successful and known. We aren't all the same, so we should not be doing the same things. When people experience failure in weight loss, fitness and health is because they are using a generic approach not specific to their bodies and it's needs. At Ufiit we have identified and designed unique routines and sequences that are based on the individual, their specific body type, their goals, lifestyle and overall interests as well as overall interests. And we always get success. At Ufiit we believe that each one of us is like a "unique piece of art created by a different artist".
