Keith Perkins, M.D.

Dr. Keith L. Perkins Jr. specializes in Pediatrics and Internal Medicine, transforming patients' lives in Selmer, Tennessee. He attended Meharry Medical College in Nashville, which is well-known for training highly qualified primary care physicians. He also completed his dual internal medicine and pediatrics training at the University of Tennessee Health Sciences Center- Memphis.

Dr. Perkins believes his success is determined by how many lives he can change, and he is passionate about building relationships with his patients. He also understands the challenges most patients face in finding affordable, quality health care with a physician who truly cares.

Dr. Perkins puts his patients’ needs first and giving them the time and attention they deserve. He enjoys cooking, gospel music, learning about history and politics, and working out in his free time. He loves spending time with his two lovely daughters.
