The Griddle first opened in 1945, like the Hot Open-Faced Turkey Sandwich smothered in gravy, the Overstuffed Corned Beef on Rye, the Chili Cheese dog Casserole and the frosty Root Beer Float. The oldest restaurant in Boca Raton, we also have some of the most reasonable prices too.Along with the blast from the past classics — fresh, made-to-order Deluxe Hamburgers, fluffy Omelets, Silver Dollar Pancakes and Banana Splits.Our updated menu has added lighter, health-conscious items, including a Chicken Fajita Salad, a Turkey Mandarin Salad and a Tuna Salad Bowl. We proudly have eliminated all trans fats in our food so that you can enjoy your favorite comfort foods without the extra grease.Not only is The Griddle a landmark; it’s popular, too.
