My name is Jefi Moultrie, your San Diego Real Estate Specialist and I love San Diego! The people and the climate make it a most wonderful place to be. I have lived, worked and invested locally since the early nineties and moved here permanently from Seattle in 1998.
Real estate is my passion. Having been raised in the industry, my career choice as a Real Estate Agent was obvious. After a successful career as a buyer for Nordstrom, I made the transition to real estate in 2001 and have never looked back. I have worked in the capacity of salesperson, sales and motivational trainer and team leader. When a lot of agents were leaving the business in 2005 and 2006, I was figuring out innovative ways to help my clients in their real estate ventures.
I have three children, Jordi, Eli and Meredith and a wonderful, very supportive husband Cody. The kids range in age from 15 to 21 years old and attended schools locally here in La Mesa. We are a passionate, creative, tight-knit family that love to laugh, travel, and play sports. I absolutely adore all of them.
History in Real Estate:
I am well acquainted with the San Diego real estate market due to the fact that I do 90% of my business by referral. Being a referral agent affords me the opportunity to work with buyers and sellers all over San Diego County. I love the hunt for great properties and smart investments. The process and diligence I use in finding your personal property or listing your home is exactly how I approach my own investments.
My success depends solely on how far I am willing to go for my clients. My track record is evident of my commitment, ranked in the top 5 of my company for the last 5 years. It is one of my greatest rewards at the close of escrow when my clients thank me and I make new friends and clients for life.
