Yasam Health offers outpatient and home health physical therapy services, including traditional, orthopedic, sports, geriatric, industrial therapy as well as specialized programs addressed to needs of patients.

Our outpatient rehabilitation is provided by therapists who specialize in individual care. They evaluate and treat each patient on a one-on-one basis, and they are committed to help each patient reach his or her optimal level of function.

We accept many insurance plans, including Medicare, B.C.B.S and we are adding new networks continually. We offer flexible scheduling and treatment in a calm, peaceful setting.
