Since 1997, Wendy and Paul Bridgeman have cultivated Chone peppers on their property in Laguna Niguel, CA. Using the same recipe that they developed in the late 90's; Paul and Wendy have been handcrafting Chone Hot Sauce from four unique hot chili pepper varieties, and the perfect blend of onion and garlic. Satisfying local South Orange County pepper heads for more than a decade, the Bridgemans were encouraged by family and friends to take the product commercial.
