Emerald Cottages of Waco

Founded on the belief that active seniors need better options for independent living, our ownership group set out to fill a void and create quality senior living in a private-independent cottage style home format. Most of the independent senior living options for active seniors were either apartment style living where you might have to trek flights of stairs or use an elevator daily, or more institutional style housing where you had to walk down a long, interior hallway to get to your residence. We listened to feedback from active seniors and created Emerald Cottages. At Emerald Cottages you get your own 2-bed, 2 bath cottage style home that has an attached, oversized garage so you can have the space and privacy you want. Additionally, our communities are designed to have social activities available, but are never required like some of the other types of senior communities. This allows our residents to live the lifestyle they want at their own pace and desires. Our pet-friendly community is worry free. We provide the repairs, maintenance and landscaping so our residents can rest at ease should they want to travel for weeks or months at a time.
