Just as Troy University makes home to one of the nation's largest international student populations, the University also strives to make these students as much at home as possible when they arrive in our fair city. Troy Villages @ Walnut Creek offers your choice in private or semi-private student housing. Each unit consists of four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a full kitchen and a living room. All bedrooms are furnished with bunk beds for semi-private leases or a single twin bed for a private lease. Bedrooms are also furnished with dressers, closets; bathrooms are shared between two bedrooms.

All rooms include: Residence in a gated community, Newly constructed, fully-furnished units, Utilities including electric, water, sewer, garbage, cable and wi-fi, Lawn care, Transportation to and from the university, Lake for fishing, Soccer field, Hiking trails, Recreational facilities, Bus Depot, CrossFit gym (membership optional), Coin-operated laundromat, Vending services, student housing, apartments all at Troy University.
