Summit Mortgage is a full service mortgage company that can sell loans to about 30 other banks kind of like a mortgage broker but we do everything in house from loan origination to processing to underwriting and even closing the loan. We choose the lender that has the product to fit the needs of the client and we shop for the bank that is giving us the best rate so in turn we can give the client the best rate available.
