Perk's Place

Founded by Billy "The Human Perkulator" Harner in 1977 Perk's Place has become a Westmont institution.  Perk believes that there is no such thing as a 15 minute hair cut and he built the Perk's Place reputation by providing truly personalized service one customer at a time. When his daughter Debi joined him in the early 80's it became a family business. Debi added women's salon services and turned Perk's into a full service barber and styling shop. She continues these traditions today and wants you to see how great you will look when all the attention and service is on you.
