Lighthouse Health and Safety

Lighthouse Health and Safety has offered affordable, high quality, CPR courses to businesses, schools, and summer camps throughout Northern New England since 2011. Our training gives everyone an opportunity to learn lifesaving skills and become American Red Cross certified. All courses are taught at your facility, on your schedule, and we do not charge an on-site delivery fee. Our mission is to meet your needs with the understanding that needs are individual.

It all started with one woman who had a vision that she could offer full service, on-site, lifesaving training to anyone who wanted to learn. We have evolved from helping people find supplies for their first aid kit and the occasional CPR or Lifeguard training in 2011, to becoming one of two American Red Cross Licensed Training Providers and Strategic Partners in Maine in 2015, with nine authorized instructors who currently cover from New Hampshire to Northern Maine.

Adult First Aid/CPR/AED training can be completed in less than an hour of classroom time and Lifeguard training can be done in two days using the blended learning format. We offer a wide variety of courses and will work with you to understand, determine, and deliver exactly what you need.
