When you join ICS, you become a participant in one of our plans and a member of ICS and the ICS community. Traditionally, those participating in our MLTC plan have been referred to as “members.” Funders of the FIDA-MMP demonstration project, including ICS’s FIDA-MMP, refer to those who join FIDA plans as “participants.” In keeping with our history and this new language, you will find references on our website to members as well as to participants. Whatever word we are using, we are referring to the people we have the great opportunity to serve.
