Samira takes on a vagabond couture approach – each bag of the Nativ Collection is handcrafted and manufactured individually for each wearer in Samira Buchi’s studio.  She works with every client through each step of the design process as she understands the companionship between the handbag and the human carrying it. Just like the individual, each bag is unique and has it’s own spirit.  So for her it is important to give each woman the rare opportunity to actively participate throughout the various stages of production and watch their bag being made through a personalized online profile.

With her first collection she offers 8 different models using a flatline design approach allowing for the bag to transform by what is put inside making it influential for all essential states of being.

The bags are made with soft unlined leather attributing to a minimalist feel. The leather used is a hand selection within the top 5% of the highest quality utilizing Aniline dyes and free of chrome.  Each bag represents elegance, luxury, yet is simple and functional.  Samira Buchi New York handbags always take on the attitude and spirit of the woman who is carrying it. A woman that walks with empowerment surrounding femininity.
