Kari J Zahorik, MD

Kari J. Zahorik, M.D., earned both bachelor’s and medical degrees from the University of Wisconsin, completing her family medicine residency at University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA)/Kaiser Woodland Hills Hospital.
Dr. Zahorik, board certified in family medicine, is a member of the Kentucky Medical Association, the Greater Louisville Medical Society and the American Academy of Family Physicians.
A native of Eau Claire, Wisconsin, she enjoys outdoor activities with her family, biking, running, gardening, baking and reading.
