Catherine R Shim, MD

Catherine R. Shim, M.D., is an obstetrician/gynecologist with Norton OB/GYN Associates. Dr. Shim earned her medical degree from Central Michigan University College of Medicine in Mt. Pleasant. She completed her residency in obstetrics and gynecology at Ascension St. John Hospital and Medical Center in Detroit, Michigan.
Dr. Shim’s primary goal is to offer women caring and thorough medical attention, rooted in the latest comprehensive, evidence-based practices. She enjoys working with patients from adolescence to geriatric years, growing their care plan with them.
When away from work, Dr. Shim likes to spend time with her family, trying new restaurants, and traveling.
