Peter N. Gilbreth

During a legal career of over 40 years, Peter Gilbreth's practice has focused on the criminal justice system. Following an appellate clerkship, Mr. Gilbreth commenced his legal career in 1974 as a Deputy Attorney General with the State of New Jersey. Thereafter he served as an Assistant Prosecutor in both Essex and Morris Counties. In 1982 he began representing clients in all aspects of criminal defense matters. In 1995 Mr. Gilbreth formed his own firm as a sole practitioner at his current address in Morristown, New Jersey. Each client's case is unique and requires an individual approach. Whether a case involves a serious crime or traffic offense, all clients receive understanding, compassion and expertise in handling their matter.
