As a professional I have been blessed in many different area of Real Estate.
I have worked for many years as a Rental Agent than Salesperson for local Real Estate Companies
For many years I worked in a Real Estate Law Office and learned how the purchasing and selling process was done. This taught me a whole new area of understanding especially in the legal field.
I than became a Para Legal and worked in a Law Office on the North Shore specializing in Real Estate again and became a closer for many of the banks in the area. This helped me have a fuller understanding of what happens during thier transaction and how I can bring a better understanding to them as my clients.
During that time I met my husband a contractor and had a family. We decided to add to our family's income by becomeing speculators and bought and sold over 60 houses in a 15 year period. He has built and I have lived in amazing homes. I have decorated, redesigned and staged almost all of them. My experience as a professional in real estate extends beyond my licensing at three different times. I bring with it a greater knowledge that can't be taught, only experienced.
