Welcome to the Excel Property Inspections website, first let us tell you a little bit about our company, we have been servicing the tri-county area since 2003; our office is centrally located in Broward County.

All of our inspectors are state licensed, and not only work to meet the standards that have been set by the American Society of Home Inspectors and the Florida Association of Building Inspectors, but try to exceed them as well. All inspectors have over 10 years of experience in the inspection and construction industries. All inspection (excluding environmental) reports are computer generated and emailed at the end of the business day (which of course gives you and your client immediate documentation of the property's deficiencies).
