In 2013, Haven Physical Therapy was opened to provide outstanding physical therapy services to the people of the Hudson Valley. The goal is to educate the patient, and offer relief from pain while working to correct the cause of the condition (not just the symptoms) in order for you to lead a healthy, pain-free life.

Being hurt or in pain can control your life. It becomes a source of worry, stress and can be debilitating. Pain keeps you from living the ultimate lifestyle you hope for. Pain can make simple tasks such as picking something up, lifting groceries, playing with your children or doing household chores seem difficult. It can also prevent you from participating in your favorite sport, being productive at work or keep you from your work altogether.

At Haven Physical Therapy, we physically rehabilitate individuals of all ages with musculoskeletal, neuromuscular, and cardiopulmonary dysfunction or illness.
