Moe's Deli & Catering

I've always wanted to run and operate my own Deli but at sometime in my life I had lost the interest and the goal.  Around 2016 while doing some soul searching of my own, I noticed that there aren't too many good Delis or Sandwich shops that are willing to give a good quality products to the customer for a good value.  My ultimate belief is to feed everyone the way I eat and that is good quality products that are simple in their ingredients, and less processed. So I decided to build a menu that can cater to everyones tastes but not break the bank.  In my honest opinion,  I believe our product is always to be good and consistent, something a lot of restaurants advertise and say but can't put it to action.
