A few hours of research led them to the perfect fridge conveniently located at local Lowes a mile from the house. The store promised free delivery, the problem was solved.

Except when it came time to set up the delivery. The family would be home all day, anytime would be perfect. No, the clerk informed him, we can’t deliver for ten days. Bill and the family went home. He fired up the truck and retrieved the fridge himself. It was on the drive home Bill began to wonder what would have happened if he didn’t have a truck or the ability to do it himself.
