Mr. Pentz has practice in the area of workers compensation for the past 28 years, representing employees and insurance carriers thought-out Western Pennsylvania and New York. His practice included representing insured, self-insured, third party administrator and insurance carriers in all aspects of the workers compensation as well as counseling employers in ancillary workplace programs, return to work programs, accident investigation and accident prevention. Mr. Pentz also handles claims under the Heart & Lung Act, the Longshoremans Act, and the Jones Act As well as the third Party actions/subrogation.
