Homeworks Home Inspection Services

Homeworks was originally organized in 1996 as a home repair, remodeling and maintenance company. Our client list included many Realtors, property managers, investors and private individuals. Our work experience revealed many problems and the causes thereof. As a service to our investor clients we would do an inspection and bid the necessary work as a normal part of providing repair or remodeling services.

Since the State of Oklahoma has been licensing Home Inspectors, repair work by home inspectors is prohibited for one year by the Inspector, or company, who has performed an inspection in an official capacity for the purpose of completing a Real Estate Transaction. As a result we are uniquely qualified for, and have chosen to focus primarily on Inspections for Real Estate Transactions.
