At Winning Within Wellness we offer classes and a curriculum to educate over a period of time - understanding how to be healthy is a function of the choices we make. Most people have been taught the wrong information on how to be healthy. Most people are stuck in a health model that is truly a crisis care model and not really a health care model. Most are stuck on medications for the rest of their lives rather. We provide all the information and support to allow individuals the opportunity at a healthy life. We educate the public through seminars. We always have at least 2 on the calendar at all times.
