Michael Hoffman began his business career as a commercial banker. He founded his private law practice in 1993 to assist buyers and developers of residential and commercial real estate. Over the past 25 years he has learned a lot about what is important to clients as buyers, sellers, owners, landlords, tenants, and neighbors of, and lenders secured by, single-family homes, condominium units, ranches, hotels, office buildings, resort property and office buildings.
