Matthew W. Watkins, MD, Cardiologist

Dr. Matthew Watkins is a cardiologist and is also the director of interventional cardiology at the University of Vermont Medical Center. He is a professor at the Larner College of Medicine at UVM.

Dr. Watkins specializes in the treatment of cardiovascular disease and interventional cardiology. Areas of expertise include cardiac catheterization, congenital heart disease and congenital heart failure. He believes strongly that treatment needs to be customized to each individual to be successful and is gratified to have a wide variety of tools and technology available to help his patients return to health.
