Krista R. Nickerson, NP, CNM, Certified Nurse-Midwife

Krista R. Nickerson, APRN, CNM, is a certified nurse-midwife at The University of Vermont Medical Center in Burlington, Vermont. She provides woman-centered care including prenatal, birth and postpartum care as well as breastfeeding support. She teaches childbirth and parenting preparation from a background of mindfulness practice. She also practices well-woman gynecology and offers contraception services including IUD insertion and management. 
She is a clinical instructor at the UVM College of Medicine, and her research interests include environmental exposures during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
