Bodywork For Well-Being

Paula has been practicing massage therapy and bodywork for over 30 years. Her focus is on stress management and pain relief as she implements massage therapy and energy balancing. A session might consist of several modalities to include Swedish and deep tissue massage, Reiki, chakra balancing and acupuncture meridian activation. The intention is to create a condition that will assist the body and mind in healing naturally. She is certified with the National Certification Board and the American Massage Therapy Association.
