The practitioners at Montes Medical Group pride themselves on providing personalized and compassionate care to patients at every stage of life, from newborns to the elderly. 
The Montes Medical Group started in 1986 by Dr. Juan Z. Montes, an internist, and Dr. Alejandro Z. Montes, a pediatrician, specializing in family medicine, providing annual wellness checkups for men, women, and children, as well as care for acute and chronic health issues. The medical professionals at the Montes Medical Group - including the Montes brothers, Dr. Alex Tran, the physician assistants, and the nurse practitioners - devote themselves to creating unique relationships by monitoring each patient's progress through life, providing preventive care, and quickly addressing medical issues as they arise. 
Each of the Montes Medical Group's four locations is staffed and equipped to provide in-office exams and minor medical procedures, and our doctors have privileges in several hospitals in the greater Los Angeles area. The three (should be four) doctors are joined by a dedicated staff including nurse practitioner Monique Macasaet, along with 7 physician assistants: Carlos Rosas, Roxann Wuest, Ricardo Vega, Guiliana Cillani, Jenny Chen, Nychele Hernandez, and Amy Do.
