Our founders developed a new business model for an intellectual property law firm. As opposed to the industrys focus on the billable hour where relationships are disincentivized because of fees associated with an attorneys time, we focus our business model on the value added to the collective relationship. As such our attorneys have formed unique relationships under flat fee models, all-inclusive monthly models, all-inclusive yearly models, and quasi-inside counsel roles. Our attorneys have even set up think tank groups to innovate with our clients on specific projects in specific technology areas and to develop global branding strategies
