Dr. Potter was born and raised in Miami, Florida. As a teenager, he moved to Los Angeles to pursue a career in acting. He attended The University of Southern California for his undergrad degree in Psychobiology. He moved to New York where he earned his medical degree from The Albert Einstein College of Medicine. From 1990-2009, Dr. Potter had a private Family Medicine practice as well as a position as an attending Emergency Specialist at St. Luke’s Hospital in San Francisco. Since his return t
