I have been providing outstanding Pediatric Cardiology care in Suffolk County (Long Island, NY) for the past 27 years. I am the Regional Lead Physician for Cohen Children s Hospital - Northwell Health, championing program development and community outreach as we expand the reach of Cohen Children s Medical Center to Suffolk County s 1.5 million residents. I also serve as the Chief of Pediatric Cardiology at South Shore University Hospital I am the immediate past Chair of the Northwell Health Physician Partners - Patient Experience Committee where I was a lead in implementing Practicing Excellence, Press-Ganey survey reformat, and the acclaimed transparency program resulting in improved physician - patient outcomes and interactions and improved Press-Ganey provider scores.I have been repeatedly chosen as a Castle Connolly Top Doctor in the New York Metro Area. I am the only seven-time recipient of the Northwell Health Physician Partners Patient Choice Award placing among the 5-star physicians in the Medical Group in patient satisfaction. I was the 2018 nominee for Northwell Health Physician Partners President s Award for Physician of the year and 2019 nominee for Northwell Health Physician Partners President s Award for Teamwork. I have had multiple selections as a Cohen Children s Hospital Culture of Care Star. I was a finalist for the health network s Truly Award for caring Touch, one of the system s highest accolades for physicians.
