Our post acute care rehabilitation programs are designed to transition patients from the hospital back to their regular lives safely, quickly and with confidence. And when it comes to care plans, one size never fits all. We respect every person’s individuality, and tailor care to their needs.

We’re proud to announce that our rehabilitation gym has itself been rehabbed–as have many of our post acute care rooms. A dedicated sensory activity room is a blessing for people with cognitive issues, while our VitaStim® certified speech therapist has helped many patients make significant progress. Patients and families love our location, too. We’re a short walk from shopping and dining at Princeton Forrestal Village, and just three miles from University.
