David has more than 13 years of experience in financing and negotiating Real Estate Transactions. Before forming Above & Beyond Real Estate Group, David was a busy individual agent with First Team Real Estate, where he led the San Diego market in production.

His roots in Mortgage Banking, and understanding of the underwriting process, allow him to advise his buyers and sellers to minimize risk and streamline the sale process. He has also participated in numerous renovation and construction projects, and enjoys providing relevant construction.

David leads all aspects of transactions, accountability, and team standards to drive results in every transaction. He lives and breathes Real Estate, to provide all clients with a Nordstrom-level service that guarantees customer satisfaction.
