Mohamed El-Mawan, MD is a family practitioner and surgeon at El-Mawan Medical Center in Woodbridge, Virginia. He received his board of surgery from UK where he became a fellow of the prestigious Royal College of Surgery in Edinburgh. Dr. El-Mawan was board certified in Pediatrics after training at Albert Einstein College of Medicine hospitals in NY. Dr. El-Mawan became interested in Aesthetic Medicine when he realized that some of his patients were not confident with their look. He believes it is important to educate people on the benefits of being healthy, both inside and out. He is currently board certified in Aesthetic Medicine by the American Academy of Aesthetic Medicine and certified to do Laser Liposuction by the Cynosure institute. Dr. El-Mawan has been practicing Medicine and Surgery since 1976.
