Assisting Hands Home Care is a licensed, bonded and insured home healthcare provider who reliably and compassionately delivers in-home care support services. How does our service work? Registered Nurse Assessment: Our Director of Nursing and an owner will meet the client and their family. This is critical in evaluating specific needs of the client and any questions family members may have about the services we provide. Customized Plan of Care: The Director of Nursing creates a plan of care for each client which lists all services the client requires to help with the activities of daily living. Home care begins: Our in-home caregiver will begin visiting your home and providing service. 30 Day and 60 Day Registered Nurse Check ins: Our nurse visits and calls your home to ensure the plan of care is being followed accurately by the caregiver, to speak to the client and address any concerns and to modify the plan if the clients needs have changed.
