Recognizing a need for a customer oriented rubber products distributor, K.A.D. Industrial Rubber Products was founded by Jay Williams in 1996 as an operating division of Kompressed Air of Delaware, Inc. Due to its success and rapid growth, K.A.D. became an operating division of Hartzell Industries, Inc. on January 1st, 2003 and continues in that capacity today, with Jay Williams and Ben Spence leading the company's growth. K.A.D. operates from a modern 14,000 square foot facility in New Castle, Delaware located in the Airport Industrial Park, our factory trained sales personnel are not just "order-takers" they know what to recommend for each application and why.
