I called Road Runner Moving and Storage with an urgent need to move the very next day. They were able to squeeze me into their schedule and quoted a rate that was much more competitive than the other guys that said it was that high due to it being last minute. They set the right expectations for the number of people and the total time it would take. Marcos and Alex did a stellar job and were very prompt, courteous and professional. I would definitely recommend them to others.

I recently moved from Miami to Orlando, and the team at Road Runner Moving and Storage made this transition seamless. They sent a consultant to my apartment to discuss my upcoming move and then sent boxes to pack because I chose the package with packing services. Everyone knows that moving isn't fun, but somehow this company made it easy for my husband and I. When we arrived at our new apartment, all the boxes were in the correct room and ready to be unpacked. Overall, I was highly impressed with this experience and would recommend them in the future

We had 3 guys move stuff from 2 locations to our new home today. What a great experience it was! They were right on the money with punctuality. When Natalie told me that their workers are the most professionals out there that always show up on time, I thought she was exaggerating. We went through the house to review what was moving, and then they started the clock. They moved very quickly and efficiently. They even managed to take apart a dresser that had the screws stripped by drilling and getting the screws out. They worked very hard to get the job done in the time frame suggested. My favorite part of the whole move is that they actually stay true to their word with no hidden charges at the end.

They are one of the few companies that you can assure will actually move your belongings without outsourcing the entire move to someone else. The crew that I got worked for Road Runner Moving and Storage and was fantastic. They wrapped things I didn't even know had to be wrapped. The team leader, Marcos, went room by room with me to figure out his game plan. With that knowledge he and the other 2 guys then started carrying things out and organized everything in the truck. Marcos and his team knew what they were doing, managing to complete a long distance move like mine, from FL to CT, and not damage anything. What impressed me the most was that I never once saw them on their cell phone. In this day and age, that is rare. They really respected my things. If I ever think of moving back to Miami I am going to use them again.

I called in a real panic as I needed to move within a week. What has happened to countless people using that same company happened to me after I gave them a chance. They double booked me and wanted to move my move to another week. Luckily Road Runner Moving and Storage was available and said that wouldn't be a problem and asked what day I would like to move. This was a relief already as I was expecting to have very restricted choices. Two gentlemen and a truck showed up on moving day. The truck was loaded and unloaded incident free and the movers were friendly and hard working. I feel like I got the better end of the stick in this whole ordeal and would recommend you just hire these guys from the get go.

They have beaten every expectation. They arrived early and were efficient and fast. Three guys moved our one bedroom apartment entirely in 90 minutes and unpacked even faster, carrying each box/item to the appropriate room in our new place. They brought extra supplies and made sure my items arrived in the condition they left in. I would highly recommend road runner for your next move!

Just used Road runner moving and storage yesterday. The move took a total of 4.5hrs and went well. Rich from the office communicated well with me before the move, during the move & afterwards. They arrived on time with a 3 man crew who very efficient and cared about my items, almost like having "friends" help you out but professional! They made a difficult day as pleasant as possible. I've never had an moving experience that was as pleasant as this one. I've used movers before, with mostly positive results. But there was always some thing that was either left or not disclosed or something a little scratched. These guys were not like that. From the initial contact to the moment they drove away, total punctual and efficient! They deserve all the buzz I have seen on here about them.

I went with them for my recent move to the South Side. This was a beast of a move as my old apartment was on the 3rd floor of an old building on the West Side, and the new place is 4th floor walk-up. Fortunately, Road runner moving and storage provided the ace team. Even with all the physical labor, these guys were still smiling and in good spirits. Thank you guys for the hard work and great job!

I urgently needed few guys and a truck to help me move some music equipment. I called in just before closing hours on a Saturday and was happy to find out that there was a crew available for the Monday morning. The move went very well. This has been by far the best moving experience I have had, by far. This move, I had a ton of furniture and everything was wrapped perfectly and got to its destination in perfect condition, even having to go to a 2 story house. Nothing was damaged not even the walls were marked. The four guys showed up on time and were very professional and friendly. If you are looking for movers who are affordable then I suggest you look no where else.

Super fast, professional, and all around great movers! We were waiting on some repairs to be completed at our new house before we could move, so we didn't have a set moving date, and when we did it was really short notice, but road runner moving and storage was able to fit us in. They did a great job! Hopefully I won't be moving again any time soon, but if I did, I'd use these guys again!
