Our goal for Las Colinas San Marcos is to provide an upscale environment for the economic growth and commercial development of the southernmost area of San Marcos while simultaneously providing a convenient, safe, secure, and comfortable upscale atmosphere for visitors and residents to enjoy. Located on the East side of IH 35 approximately a mile south of the San Marcos Premium & Tanger Outlet Malls our development is in the premier location for the fulfillment of our vision.

The Las Colinas San Marcos development model will be that of an upscale Continuing Care Retirement Community provisioned with additional space for commercial enterprises that will enhance the lifestyle of senior residents. Space will be allocated in the property's central region for senior living. Starting with adult multifamily sites, then providing additional sites for both assisted living and skilled nursing facilities, the development will provide residents with a strong sense of community. Allocated along the frontage of Interstate 35 will be featured locations for hospitality, restaurant, general commercial, retail and medical office space.
