At Hypno-Link we believe that every human being has a wealth of personal strengths and abilities that can be effectively applied to fulfil individual dreams and aspirations. Hypno- Link provides a high quality focused psychological counselling, relaxation therapy and hypnotherapy that aims to empower and inspire individuals, families and groups to address challenges, using their own natural resources. Hypno-Link works in partnership with individuals to maximise their autonomy, choice, control and opportunities in life. Hypno-Link assists with the following issues: low self esteem, confidence issues, insomnia, unhelpful thoughts, behaviours and habits, anxiety, depression PTSD, chronic pain and chronic conditions, such as IBS or Fibromyalgia. All Hypno-Link services are provided by a fully qualified therapist, member of the Australian Association of Social Workers and Australian Hypnotherapist Association with over 20 years of experience in mental health, rehabilitation and restorative clinical practice settings.
