The Landmark Group of Real Estate Teams LLC is Jerry Coates, Associate Broker GRI and Jennifer Coates-Wang, Associate Broker, GRI, SRS, MRP. Jerry Coates has been in the real estate services business in the Frederick real estate market since 1972 and will be here for many more. Jennifer Coates-Wang has been a Realtor® since 1999 and became an Associate Broker, GRI in 2016. We have hired additional Agents who have different Specialities and prefered markets to expand our new business plan of Seller Listing Services in 2017.

While we work with all property types, we specialize in three different types of property: single-family homes, condominiums, and multi-family homes.

•Residential Single Family Homes
Our residential single family services connect buyers with sellers every day, and we do it with professionalism and a total dedication to our clients. This property type is the majority of our market transactions, but by far not the only one in which we have expertise.

•Condominiums
While condominiums are residential, they’re a very different market focus, and we have experts in evaluating condos and helping buyers and sellers to cope with the special financing and homeowner concerns for this property type. Peridically you will see Jennifer CoatesWang Listing Condo Garages in Downtown Frederick for Sale or Rent. Remember, Condominium is a form of Ovnership,. Not neccessarily a place to live. Condo's each have there own tax bill and owners pay Condo dues. These dues pay for the Common elements. There are meetings to participate in and Bylaws of the rules. Condo Owners have the right to sell there Condo. Typically you have your Insurance policy for your interior contents and the Association has a Insurance policy for the Exterior or common areas.

•Multi–family
Investors are great clients for The Landmark Group of Real Estate Teams LLC. Multi–family properties are a very unique market. The detailed return on investment and valuation calculations investors need to evaluate properties for rental are second nature to us. Jennifer Coates-Wang and Jerry Coates are also investors who have experience with Multi-family properties in Maryland. We do not do Property Management.
