Sanjay Smith M.D. - MedEye Associates

Dr. Sanjay Smith has been practicing eye surgery for 9 years. He attended The University of Pennsylvania for undergrad then Drexel University School of Medicine for his MD. Dr. Smith did his residency at New York Medical College then returned to The University of Pennsylvania for his glaucoma fellowship. He was motivated to become an eye surgeon because in Jamaica, where his family is from, there is a lot of blindness due to cataracts and glaucoma. Today, Dr. Smith is a specialist in both laser cataract surgery and glaucoma surgery. He moved to Miami 3 years ago with his family, enjoys the beach, and is here to stay.
