Olga Yeliosof, MD

Dr. Olga Yeliosof is a Pediatric Endocrinologist at Staten Island University Hospital, Board Certified Pediatrician, and Assistant Professor at Hofstra Northwell Health. She received her Medical Degree from St. George s University School of Medicine Grenada, completed her Pediatric Residency at Goryeb Children s Hospital Atlantic Health System, and Fellowship at Robert Wood Johnson Medical School and State University of New York Health Science Center. Dr. Yeliosof's career path to Pediatric Endocrinology started in college when she volunteered as a Camp Counselor at the American Diabetes Association Type 1 Diabetes Camp where she was inspired by the hopefulness and resilience of her young campers. She returned to the camp as a Pediatric Resident and later as a Pediatric Endocrinology Fellow. Dr. Yeliosof has experience in all areas of Pediatric Endocrinology, which include, growth, puberty, diabetes, adrenal, pituitary and bone disorders. During her training she published and presented her scientific work at various meetings including American Thyroid Society and Pediatric Endocrine Society. Her fellowship research project conducted in partnership with the National Institute of Health entailed looking for novel genetic causes of hypopituitarism.
