Dr. Seth E. Kaplan, Director of the Center for Voice and Swallowing Disorders, is a Board Certified Otolaryngologist and Head and Neck Surgeon. He treats all disorders of the ear, nose and throat and is subspecialty trained in Laryngology, professional voice and swallowing disorders. He is an active member of the Academy of Otolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery as well as the American Laryngological Association and The New York Laryngological Society.Clinical Interests include; Laryngology, Professional Voice, Swallowing, Airway, Dysphonia or Voice Changes, Presbyphonia or the Aging Voice, Hoarseness, Vocal Fold Paralysis, Chronic Cough, Benign and Malignant Vocal Fold Lesions, Respiratory Papillomatosis, Airway Stenosis, Dysphagia or Difficulty with Swallowing, Zenker s Diverticulum, Acid Reflux, Microphonosurgery, Laser Surgery Treatments and Related Office-Based Procedures.Dr. Kaplan s diversified expertise includes all disorders of the ears nose and throat for both adult and pediatric patients. His research has focused on neuro-laryngology, airway and breathing disorders. He continues to present at national and international meetings on these topics.
