Founded in 2010, CODE Technology specializes in patient-reported outcome collection. CODE which stands for Clinical Outcomes and Data Engineering, is a web-based Software-as-a Service which we host and update frequently. It works with hospitals and private practices of all sizes and specialties. We are ICHOM Certified, AJRR Authorized vendor and Qualified Clinical Data Registry (QCDR). At CODE Technology, our goal is to view and enroll eligible patients, treat them as our own and collect as much patient-reported outcome. Our entire system is built around achieving the highest capture rate possible.
