The Pat Summitt Clinic

The Pat Summitt Clinic is an outpatient clinic dedicated exclusively to the care, family support and advancement of new treatments of Alzheimer's disease. made up of a team of neurologists, geriatricians, advanced registered nurse practitioners, social workers and cognitive evaluation specialists who help patients with memory disorders and their families and caregivers. Our team works closely with and collaborates with other specialists including neurosurgeons, neuroradiologists, who may be called upon to provide speciaized care for individual patient's needs.
