I have been in the inspection business since 2005 and I have 25 years of construction experience. I really enjoy inspecting the effects of
time, materials, and craftsmanship of a home. I encourage my clients to
attend the inspection for a visual and hands on experience. My clients
receive a full narrative report with pictures and can feel comfortable
making an objective decision on their investment. I explain what is
minor and major including possible future of components. I encourage all questions during the inspection and I let my clients know they can call with any questions after the inspection.
