Tim Nicosia grew up in San Marcos, Texas. He received a Masters of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine from AOMA Graduate School of Integrated Medicine in 2011. While in school, he was exposed to community acupuncture and fell in love with this way of treating patients. After graduating, he began treating at Acupuncture Together of Austin. During the 3 years he worked there, he gave over 7,000 treatments. He moved to New Braunfels in 2014 to open a new community acupuncture clinic to continue to serve the needs of the people of central Texas through simple, convenient, and affordable acupuncture.
