Aspire Natural Health is a Naturopathic medical clinic. That means we do things very differently from a "regular" doctor. We're friendly (not grumpy), we believe in high-touch, personalized care. We want to know everything about you, more than many people's therapists. We believe health starts at the foundations with things such as what you eat and your lifestyle (moving frequently, getting enough sleep, managing stress, connections with others). We also know that disease is complicated - and so cherry pick the best from wherever we can find it, combining the experience of thousands of years of natural medicine with the very latest high tech scientific insights. We use gentle and more natural therapies like foods, nutrients, and herbal medicines whenever we can, but don't shy away from drugs and more aggressive therapies when they're called for.

We focus on treating digestive issues (such as IBS, IBD - Crohn's and UC, heartburn and reflux, constipation, diarrhea, and many other issues), autoimmune diseases (like Hashimotos, RA, MS, and many more), and hard to treat situations (if you've been to 4-10 other doctors and stumped them).
