Emmanuel Hospice

As a faith-based hospice, our mission is to put your wishes first. This means we begin our service with a question that may seem surprising at first:“How do you want to LIVE?”

The answers are as unique as the people we serve. For one patient it was a chance to join his family for one last vacation in South Haven. For another, it was having a cherished song performed at his bedside. We even helped a patient cast a line at her favorite fishing hole. As a non-profit ministry, every moment matters. Our incredible donors give us the ability to offer additional support than traditional insurances will cover.

For us, people are the point. And, we have formed a beautiful partnership to ensure it happens. Working as a team, we’re an interfaith collaboration created by St. Ann’s, Clark, Porter Hills, and Sunset. With over 200 years of combined experience, we share resources, skills, and expertise to deliver care with unparalleled compassion.
